1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, in which case you will be notified via email.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to US addresses, HomeChef Essentials covers all applicable duties, handling, and import taxes. You will never be asked to pay additional delivery fees upon arrival.
